"I normally love Nora Roberts. Her characters are well-developed/her scenes are beautifully described/and her story lines are great. I read book 1 a while ago, so it was hard trying to remember who was who; and there was a lot of redundancy. The story line is interesting, but frustrating since the main characters are figuring things out -- which is why there is a book 3, which I hope will be entertaining and tie everything together. I certainly hope there is not a book 4, meaning book 3 will be another cliff hanger, forcing you to buy yet another book in this series. Nora is a great author, and her stories are great, but this series is dragging along which is why I gave it a 4 star instead of a 5 star rating. ["
