"🐺 Thank you, St. Martin's Press for the ARC of this ebook 🐺 If Jane Austen had written a paranormal romance, I think this might have been it. A witty, delightfully stubborn witch who isn't ready to be tamed by any man, and a broody, charming werewolf who wins her over anyway. Cordelia and Bishop are delightful together, whether they're arguing, teasing one another, or letting their true selves out from beneath their carefully-laid masks. The plot kept me guessing, and waiting for the next shoe to drop. And I was actually *wrong* about some of what I expected to happen, which I love. I want to be fooled—to feel a sense of shock alongside the characters. I'm ever-so grateful I've got the next book queued up! 👀 ["

And I liked Bishop more than Rhys and Cas, but about the same as Hawk (PS I'm still salty about that). Bishop was a delicious werewolf MMC. Strong, brooding, and just a little bit possessive. The were-trifecta. And the arranged marriage trope was *chef's kiss* I can't wait for book two! ["
