Great spin on Norse Mythology but I wish it hadn’t been rushed

"I read this as part of the Entangled Insiders Read Along and had a great time reading along, answering questions and discussing theories with other readers and the author. I really struggled with the timeline taking place over a couple of days. Especially when I think back on how busy the first week of Freshman year at college was. It makes important parts of the story feel rushed and glossed over. While I could see it coming, I loved the twist at the end of this first book. I can’t wait to see where the author ends up taking us. I really enjoyed so much about the story and look forward to the second half of this duology. ["
