A Feast of Thorns and Roses: The Unofficial Cookbook of A Court of Thorns and Roses
by Chelsea Cole
About this book
Step into the ethereal realms of Prythian, where the boundaries between mortal sustenance and faerie indulgence dissolve. This culinary collection serves as a portal to the lush, treacherous landscapes defined by Sarah J. Maas’s iconic series, translating the opulent banquets of the Night Court and the rustic comforts of the Spring Court into tangible reality.
Whether recreating the decadent flavors favored by High Lords or preparing hearty fare fit for Illyrian warriors, the recipes invite readers to anchor their love for the series in the sensory experience of the kitchen. From sophisticated entrées inspired by starlit soirées to indulgent sweets that mirror the forbidden cravings of beloved characters, each dish acts as a narrative thread connecting the reader to the series’ most haunting settings. Through vivid photography and thematic culinary craft, the book bridges the gap between the page and the plate, offering fans a unique opportunity to host their own feasts within the courts.
It is an invitation to inhabit the world of faerie, turning every meal into a celebration of the magic, romance, and enduring atmosphere that define this legendary literary landscape.

MaureenAmazing and approachable!
"I received my copy of "A Feast of Thorn and Roses" today and could not believe how beautiful the cookbook is and how it ties directly into the series. So much of the continuing story revolves around food and Ms. Cole definitely captured the magical deliciousness of what the characters experienced through food in the stories! Her recipes are so approachable. After going through the book I'm planning on an ACOTAR Easter dinner beginning with deviled eggs with bacon roses, rosemary garlic roast beef with creamy horseradish sauce for the main course, caramelized carrots with honey and thyme for a delicious side, and ending with sunrise glow orange tiramisu! My family will enjoy an Easter meal to remember. Thanks Chelsea Cole! ["

"I bought this on a whim after falling in love with the books and I DO NOT REGRET IT ONE BIT. Every recipe has been amazing. Even the ones I’ve tried and thought would be weird are actually really good. The sides have become staples in my household and several entrees are on rotation. I could not recommend this cookbook or the individual recipes in it more. I’ve told my sister to buy it ["
